隐私政策

骑行同步 Ride Sync 是一个用于在多个骑行平台之间迁移、导入、导出和同步骑行记录的工具。本政策说明我们如何处理你的平台账号、授权信息、骑行记录、购买信息和设备信息。

本地优先的数据处理

骑行同步采用本地优先设计。第三方骑行平台账号、密码、授权 token、cookies、活动列表、FIT 文件和同步配置默认保存在你的设备本地,用于完成你主动发起的同步任务。

骑行同步服务端不会保存 iGPSport、顽鹿 OneLap、行者、黑鸟、Garmin Connect 等第三方平台账号、密码、token、cookies 或骑行记录内容。

我们处理的信息

  • 平台账号和授权信息:用于登录或授权你选择绑定的第三方骑行平台。
  • 骑行记录信息:包括活动标题、开始时间、距离、活动列表、FIT 文件和导入导出结果,用于展示候选记录、判断重复和执行同步。
  • 购买和激活信息:iOS 版本通过 Apple StoreKit 获取购买或恢复购买结果;Android 版本可能处理设备匿名标识、订单号、兑换码、支付状态和你填写的收件邮箱。
  • 基础诊断信息:当你主动联系支持时,可能会提供错误信息、设备系统版本、App 版本或同步失败描述,用于排查问题。

信息如何使用

本机保存的平台凭据仅用于登录对应平台、读取活动列表、下载 FIT 文件、上传 FIT 文件、启用平台上传许可和判断重复记录。Android 激活信息仅用于确认购买、限制兑换码使用次数、恢复设备激活状态和处理客服请求。

第三方平台和数据传输

当你选择绑定或同步某个平台时,App 会直接向该第三方平台发送登录请求、授权信息、活动查询请求、下载请求或上传请求。第三方平台会按照其自身隐私政策和服务条款处理你的数据。

骑行同步不是 iGPSport、顽鹿 OneLap、行者、黑鸟或 Garmin Connect 的官方应用,也不代表这些平台。你应确保自己有权使用相关账号和数据,并遵守对应平台规则。

iOS 版本中的文件导入模式支持你从其他骑行 App(例如 iGPSport 等)导出 FIT、TCX、GPX 文件并导入本 App。文件默认保存在本机;当你主动选择同步到行者时,FIT 文件会经骑行同步服务端临时转发到行者官方 OpenAPI。服务端不长期保存这些文件,也不会把文件用于同步以外的目的。

第三方骑行平台的接口、登录方式、风控策略、导入规则和服务可用性可能发生变化。骑行同步会尽力适配,但无法保证第三方平台永久可用、实时可用或始终允许导入导出。

购买信息

iOS 版本的一次性购买由 Apple 处理。购买价格、支付、退款、发票和账单信息由 Apple 管理,App 仅通过 StoreKit 判断是否已购买或可恢复购买。

Android 版本如通过第三方支付或兑换码激活,服务端会保存必要的订单、设备匿名标识、兑换码和邮箱信息,用于发放兑换码、激活设备、处理换机和售后。

数据保存与删除

你可以在 App 设置中清除平台绑定,这会删除本机保存的平台凭据和授权信息。你也可以卸载 App 删除本机保存的数据。Android 订单、兑换码和激活记录会为购买恢复、售后和安全风控保留;如需查询或删除相关记录,请通过本页联系方式联系我们。

安全

我们会采用合理的技术和管理措施保护服务端保存的订单、激活和兑换码信息。由于第三方平台接口、网络环境和设备安全状态可能变化,任何互联网传输或本地存储都无法保证绝对安全。

当你联系我们排查问题时,请不要向我们发送第三方平台密码、支付密码、短信验证码或其他敏感凭据。我们可能会请你提供错误截图、App 版本、设备系统版本、导入文件名或失败时间,用于定位问题。

儿童隐私

骑行同步不是面向儿童的产品。未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用本 App。

政策更新

如果产品功能、支付方式、第三方平台接入或数据处理方式发生变化,我们会更新本政策,并在页面中显示新的生效日期。

Privacy Policy

Ride Sync is a tool for migrating, importing, exporting, and syncing ride records across cycling platforms. This policy explains how we handle platform accounts, authorization data, ride records, purchase information, and device information.

Local-first processing

Ride Sync is designed to process sync data primarily on your device. Third-party platform accounts, passwords, authorization tokens, cookies, activity lists, FIT files, and sync settings are stored locally by default and are used only for sync tasks you initiate.

Ride Sync servers do not store third-party platform accounts, passwords, tokens, cookies, or activity record content for iGPSport, Onelap, Xingzhe, Blackbird, Garmin Connect, or other supported platforms.

Information we process

  • Platform account and authorization information, used to sign in to or authorize the third-party platforms you choose to connect.
  • Activity information, including activity title, start time, distance, activity lists, FIT files, and import/export results, used to display selectable records, detect duplicates, and perform sync.
  • Purchase and activation information. On iOS, purchases and restores are verified through Apple StoreKit. On Android, we may process an anonymous device identifier, order number, redemption code, payment status, and the email address you provide for redemption code delivery.
  • Basic diagnostic information, such as error messages, OS version, app version, or a description of a sync failure, if you choose to contact support.

How information is used

Locally stored platform credentials are used only to sign in to the selected platform, read activity lists, download FIT files, upload FIT files, enable upload permissions where required, and detect duplicate records. Android activation information is used to confirm purchases, limit redemption code use, restore device activation, and handle support requests.

Third-party platforms and data transfer

When you connect or sync a platform, the app sends sign-in requests, authorization information, activity queries, download requests, or upload requests directly to that third-party platform. Those platforms process your data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Ride Sync is not an official app of iGPSport, Onelap, Xingzhe, Blackbird, or Garmin Connect, and does not represent those platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the relevant accounts and data and that your use complies with each platform's rules.

The iOS file import mode lets you export FIT, TCX, or GPX files from another cycling app, such as iGPSport, and import them into Ride Sync. Files are stored locally by default. When you choose to sync a FIT file to Xingzhe, the file is temporarily relayed through the Ride Sync server to Xingzhe's official OpenAPI. The server does not retain these files long term or use them for purposes other than the requested sync.

Third-party cycling platforms may change their APIs, sign-in flows, risk controls, import rules, or service availability. Ride Sync will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will remain permanently or continuously available or always allow import/export.

Purchase information

On iOS, the one-time unlock purchase is handled by Apple. Pricing, payment, refunds, invoices, and billing information are managed by Apple. The app only uses StoreKit to determine whether a purchase or restore is valid.

On Android, if you activate through third-party payment or a redemption code, our server stores the necessary order, anonymous device identifier, redemption code, and email information to deliver redemption codes, activate devices, support device changes, and provide support.

Retention and deletion

You can clear platform bindings in the app settings to delete locally stored platform credentials and authorization information. You may also uninstall the app to remove local app data. Android order, redemption code, and activation records may be retained for purchase recovery, support, and security. To request access or deletion of related records, contact us using the email below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect server-side order, activation, and redemption code information. Because third-party platform APIs, networks, and device security conditions can change, no internet transmission or local storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

When contacting support, please do not send third-party platform passwords, payment passwords, SMS verification codes, or other sensitive credentials. We may ask for screenshots, app version, OS version, imported file names, or failure times to diagnose issues.

Children's privacy

Ride Sync is not directed to children. Minors should use the app only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.

Updates

If our product features, payment methods, third-party platform integrations, or data practices change, we will update this policy and show the new effective date on this page.
