为了保护你的账号安全,请不要向我们发送任何第三方骑行平台密码、支付密码、短信验证码、邮箱验证码或完整支付凭据。我们不会以技术支持名义索要这些信息。

第三方平台相关限制
骑行同步依赖第三方骑行平台的官方接口、公开文档、网页能力或用户主动导出的骑行文件。第三方平台可能调整登录方式、验证码、风控策略、上传格式、接口规则或服务状态。遇到这类问题时,我们会尽力提供排查建议和版本适配,但无法保证第三方平台始终可用或一定接受导入。
数据处理说明
第三方平台账号、授权信息、导入文件和骑行记录默认保存在你的设备本地。服务端不保存第三方平台密码、token、cookies 或骑行记录内容。iOS 文件同步到行者时,FIT 文件只会临时经过服务端转发到行者官方 OpenAPI,不会长期保存。

Do not send
To protect your account security, do not send third-party cycling platform passwords, payment passwords, SMS codes, email verification codes, or full payment credentials. We will never request such information for support.
Support scope
- App usage, file import, sync flows, and interface issues.
- iOS purchase restore, Android payment status, redemption code activation, and device-change activation.
- Third-party authorization, FIT upload failures, duplicate detection, and sync result troubleshooting.
- Privacy policy, terms, data deletion, and local data clearing questions.
Third-party platform limits
Ride Sync depends on third-party cycling platforms' official APIs, public documentation, web capabilities, or ride files exported by users. Third-party platforms may change sign-in methods, verification codes, risk controls, upload formats, API rules, or service availability. We will try to provide troubleshooting and updates, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will always be available or accept every import.
Data handling
Third-party platform accounts, authorization data, imported files, and ride records are stored locally by default. The server does not store third-party platform passwords, tokens, cookies, or activity record content. When syncing an iOS imported FIT file to Xingzhe, the file is temporarily relayed through the server to Xingzhe's official OpenAPI and is not retained long term.
