欢迎使用骑行同步 Ride Sync。使用本 App 或网站即表示你同意本协议。如果你不同意本协议,请停止使用本产品。
服务内容
骑行同步提供第三方骑行平台之间的记录迁移、FIT 文件导入导出、重复记录判断和同步进度展示。当前支持的平台和同步方向会随着第三方平台接口状态、产品能力、审核要求和法律要求调整。
非官方第三方平台工具
骑行同步不是 iGPSport、顽鹿 OneLap、行者、黑鸟、Garmin Connect 或其他第三方骑行平台的官方应用,也不代表这些平台。平台名称仅用于说明用户可选择连接的数据来源或目标。
账号、授权与用户责任
你应确保自己有权使用填写或授权的第三方骑行平台账号、骑行记录和 FIT 文件,并遵守对应平台的用户协议、隐私政策、接口限制和风控规则。你不得使用他人账号或同步无权处理的数据。
因第三方平台限制、接口调整、账号风控、验证码、登录失败、海外网络缓慢、平台服务不可用或平台拒绝导入导致的同步失败,不视为骑行同步违约。
如果你通过 iOS 文件导入模式使用本产品,你应确认导入的 FIT、TCX、GPX 或 ZIP 文件来源合法,并且你有权将该文件同步到目标平台。对于目标平台因重复记录、文件格式、运动类型或平台规则拒绝导入的情况,我们会尽力给出提示,但无法保证一定成功。
购买与激活
iOS 版本通过 Apple App Store 非消耗型一次性购买解锁同步功能,并支持通过 Apple 恢复购买。购买、退款、付款方式、税费和账单问题遵循 Apple 的规则。
Android 版本可能通过第三方支付、兑换码和设备激活方式解锁。兑换码使用次数、设备绑定、换机激活和售后规则以购买页面、App 内说明或服务端记录为准。
使用限制
你不得利用本产品进行恶意刷量、批量攻击、绕过第三方平台风控、侵犯他人账号或数据权益、逆向工程、破坏服务稳定性,或从事法律法规禁止的行为。
数据备份和同步结果
同步前请确认源平台保留了原始骑行记录。骑行同步会尽量避免重复上传,但第三方平台的数据解析、导入结果、去重规则、运动类型识别和展示标题可能存在差异。重要骑行数据建议自行备份。
免责声明
本产品按现状提供。我们会持续改进稳定性,但不承诺第三方平台接口永久可用,也不承诺所有骑行记录都能完整同步。因网络、设备、第三方服务、平台政策、平台账号状态或用户操作导致的损失,我们在法律允许范围内不承担间接损失责任。
技术支持
我们会通过官方技术支持渠道协助你处理功能咨询、购买与激活、文件导入、同步失败和一般故障反馈。由于骑行同步依赖第三方骑行平台的接口、网页、账号状态和风控规则,对于第三方平台自身的数据源、账号限制、接口调整或服务故障,我们只能在合理范围内提供排查建议。
联系支持时请不要提供第三方平台密码、支付密码、短信验证码等敏感信息。我们可能会要求你提供 App 版本、系统版本、错误截图、失败时间或脱敏后的文件名,以便排查问题。
协议变更
我们可能根据产品功能、支付方式、第三方平台规则、审核要求或法律要求更新本协议。更新后的协议会发布在本页面,并自页面标注的生效日期起适用。

Terms of Use
Welcome to Ride Sync. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the product.
Service
Ride Sync provides ride migration, FIT file import/export, duplicate detection, and sync progress display between third-party cycling platforms. Supported platforms and sync directions may change as third-party APIs, product capabilities, review requirements, or legal requirements change.
Unofficial third-party platform tool
Ride Sync is not an official app of iGPSport, Onelap, Xingzhe, Blackbird, Garmin Connect, or any other third-party cycling platform, and does not represent those platforms. Platform names are used only to describe the data sources or destinations that users may choose to connect.
Accounts, authorization, and user responsibility
You must ensure that you have the right to use the third-party platform accounts, ride records, and FIT files that you enter or authorize, and you must comply with each platform's terms, privacy policy, interface limits, and risk-control rules. You may not use another person's account or sync data that you are not authorized to process.
Sync failures caused by third-party platform restrictions, interface changes, account risk controls, verification codes, login failures, slow overseas networks, platform outages, or import rejections are not considered a breach by Ride Sync.
If you use the iOS file import mode, you must ensure that the FIT, TCX, GPX, or ZIP file was lawfully obtained and that you have the right to sync it to the destination platform. If a destination platform rejects an import due to duplicate records, file format, ride type, or platform rules, we will try to provide useful guidance but cannot guarantee success.
Purchases and activation
On iOS, the unlock is provided through a non-consumable one-time purchase on the Apple App Store and can be restored through Apple. Purchases, refunds, payment methods, taxes, and billing are governed by Apple's rules.
On Android, unlock may be provided through third-party payment, redemption codes, and device activation. Redemption limits, device binding, device-change activation, and support rules are governed by the purchase page, in-app notices, or server records.
Restrictions
You may not use the product for malicious traffic generation, batch attacks, bypassing third-party platform risk controls, infringing another person's account or data rights, reverse engineering, disrupting service stability, or any activity prohibited by law.
Backups and sync results
Before syncing, please ensure that the source platform retains your original ride records. Ride Sync attempts to avoid duplicate uploads, but third-party parsing, import results, duplicate rules, ride type recognition, and displayed titles may differ. You should back up important ride data yourself.
Disclaimer
The product is provided as is. We will continue improving stability, but we do not guarantee that third-party platform interfaces will remain available or that every activity record can be synced completely. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by networks, devices, third-party services, platform policies, platform account status, or user actions.
Support
We provide support for product questions, purchases and activation, file import, sync failures, and general troubleshooting through official support channels. Because Ride Sync depends on third-party cycling platforms' APIs, websites, account status, and risk controls, support for third-party data source problems, account restrictions, interface changes, or outages may be limited to reasonable troubleshooting guidance.
Please do not send third-party platform passwords, payment passwords, SMS verification codes, or other sensitive information when contacting support. We may ask for your app version, OS version, screenshots, failure time, or redacted file names to investigate issues.
Changes
We may update these Terms based on product features, payment methods, third-party platform rules, review requirements, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and apply from the effective date shown.
